Xtremebytes represents a transparent community comprising of a team of experienced IT freelancers with a wide range of skills in different areas of software design, development and testing. Xtremebytes is NOT a company. Our freelancers have been involved in projects with research and development (R&D) organisations such as the European Union Information Society Technologies (EU IST), Science and Technology Policy Research Unit (SPRU, University of Sussex), Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC, UK) and University of Sussex. They have also been working with high-profile corporate sector such as JP Morgan Chase, Infosys, America Online; and small scale IT companies such as Class Calendar Ltd and Oban Multilingual.

In terms of organisational structure, Xtremebytes somewhat resembles open-source communities. Xtremebytes is not a company or a single business entity. This is why the community is transparent. Our freelancers share a common vision and can freelance either independently or as a team.
